Florida Political Science Association 2012 Annual Meeting: Road to the White House Roundtable

A group of students from the Road to the White House seminar presented their papers about their Florida presidential primary campaign experience at the Florida Political Science Association 2012 Annual Meeting at the University of Tampa (during our spring break!).

Pictured here: discussing their work with veteran political reporter from the Tampa Tribune, William March.

Florida Political Science Association 2012 Annual Meeting

A group of Road to the White House students presented at a roundtable discussion their papers about their Florida presidential campaign internship experience.

Here are several of the students with the FPSA Keynote Luncheon speaker: Mayor Pam Iorio.

I wished that all of the students in the seminar could have been present to hear Mayor Iorio's discussion of her work during the 2000 presidential election in Florida: she was the Supervisor of Elections of Hillsborough County and the President of the Statewide Association of Supervisors of Election (for all 67 counties in Florida).
